Moopy is a fun-loving, energetic monster who loves going to the library and reading books, but not ones he doesn't seem interested in.
Biography
Moopy is a monster who is quite fond of reading books at the library, except for stupid ones.
As a puppet
Moopy is a blue monster puppet. He has yellow eyes, a yellow nose, and red eyebrows. The inside of his mouth is black and his tongue is visible and strawberry pink. Like the Groggle Monster, Moopy has an arm socket where the performer can put his hand into and control his hand. He lacks visible legs since that is where his puppeteer and voice actor's hand slips in to control him.
