Biography
In "Ask Skippy #10 - Washing Machine," Mr. Bubbles was seen in Skippy's bathtub, while Skippy was singing "Mr. Bubbles" to him (a parody of "Rubber Duckie"). Then Skippy turned around and saw the viewers in the bathroom, and then he started to ask them who let them in the bathroom. Skippy stutters and says that he couldn't believe he was singing and so on. Finally, Skippy tells the viewers that he and Mr. Bubbles are friends.

Suddenly, Mr. Bubbles falls off the bathtub and crashes to the floor. Skippy then bends down and asks Mr. Bubbles if he's all right. Then Skippy turned around, looked at the viewer, and yelled, "STUPID!".
